Muffin and Cupcake Trays

The Traybon product allows muffins and cakes to be transported and sold in the same tray they are baked in. Made from heat resistant carton board, the TrayBon tray has a layered construction which supports paper cups during baking and enables a uniform muffin shape for easy removal without breakage. Double handling, product damage, washing of baking trays and other cost-adding processes were common for bakeries making muffins, until the TrayBon tray became available as an alternative to the metal baking tray.

The TrayBon tray eliminates the need for re-packaging as muffins are baked, cooled, transported and sold in the tray. This all adds up to significant cost savings.

The Traybon Bake-In muffin and cupcake tray has space for 6 or 12 muffins or cup cakes, in a handy carrier that can be put straight in the shop display case if required.

The muffin pan is lined with parchment paper wrappers and there's no need for the time-wasting wash up of baking tins after cooking. The muffin and cupcake tray will support a variety of cupcake papers and allows for the cupcakes to be baked and transported in the same tray.

Muffin and Cupcake Tray Sizing

The muffin tray comes as a single flat-pack piece. Also available is a plastic domed travel lid for safe transport of your muffins or cup cakes from the bakery to the store.

The muffin and cupcake trays come in several sizes. There's the mini muffin tray that holds 12 muffins, sized 7.5" (18.55cm) x 9.5" (24.5cm) x 0.8" (2cm). There's also the medium muffin tray and the large muffin tray 11" (28.8cm) x 7.5" (19.2mm) x 1.4" (3.5cm), each of which hold 6 muffins or cupcakes.
